This policy explains what information Showfloor collects through this public website and how it is used. The Showfloor application has its own privacy terms, presented when you create an account.
Who operates this site

Information we collect
You can browse this website without giving us any personal information. We do not operate a contact form, a newsletter signup or an account system on this site.
We collect two categories of information automatically:
- Usage data, such as the pages you view, the links you click, the approximate region your request came from, and the referring site or campaign that brought you here.
- Device data, such as browser type, operating system, screen size and language, used to keep the site working correctly across devices.
How we use it
We use this information to understand which content is useful, to fix problems, and to measure whether the site is helping collectors, vendors and hosts find what they came for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Analytics and cookies
We use PostHog for product analytics. It sets a cookie and stores an identifier in your browser so repeat visits can be counted as one visitor rather than several. On this website that identifier is anonymous: we do not attach a name, email address or account to it. If you later sign in to the application, identification happens there under the application's terms.
You can clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can block them entirely without losing access to anything on this site.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour browser-level opt-out signals where they are sent. If your browser transmits a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics capture is treated as declined.
Data retention
Analytics records are retained only as long as they are useful for the purposes described above, after which they are deleted or aggregated so they no longer relate to an individual browser.
